Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow platform experience and strong expertise in Field Service Operations (FSO) . The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge of Customer Service Management (CSM), UI Builder, Playbooks, Flow Designer, and integrations , and will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions that support complex business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform with a focus on Field Service Operations (FSO) and Customer Service Management (CSM) modules.
- Build and customize modern interfaces using UI Builder and develop responsive, user-friendly workspaces.
- Configure and implement Playbooks to streamline agent workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain automated workflows using Flow Designer and integrate with other ServiceNow components.
- Design and implement REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems and external applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop server-side and client-side scripts including Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
- Participate in solution design, code reviews, and best practice implementation to ensure high-quality development standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the ServiceNow platform.
- Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow development best practices, governance, and security standards .
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of ServiceNow platform development experience .
- Strong hands-on experience with Field Service Operations (FSO) .
- Extensive experience working with Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
- Hands-on development experience using UI Builder and creating custom workspaces.
- Strong experience with Playbooks and Flow Designer .
- Experience designing and implementing ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.
- Strong JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting expertise.
- Experience with Service Portal / UI Frameworks and modern UI components.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in an Agile development environment .
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) .
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) .
- Experience with IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party integrations .
- Experience with ATF (Automated Test Framework) and DevOps practices within ServiceNow.
