Records Center Specialist
Location - Valencia and Sylmar Pay Rate - $19.00 Schedule - Monday Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Overtime and Weekends as needed
Midway Staffing is currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Records Center Specialist for a warehouse-based role in Valencia, and Sylmar. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with a stable weekday schedule and long-term potential for the right candidate.

Position Responsibilities
- Lift, move, and stack boxes and materials (up to 65 lbs) throughout the shift
- Operate manual pallet jacks to transport and organize records
- Climb stairs and ladders to access storage areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
- Handle confidential documents with accuracy and discretion
- Follow all safety and operational procedures
Qualifications
- Steel toe shoes required
- Ability to lift up to 65 lbs consistently during the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, climbing stairs, and using ladders
- Experience using manual pallet jacks preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Previous warehouse or records-handling experience is a plus
