Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, utilizing standardized tools as well as clinical interviews.

• Developing personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Delivering effective individual therapy sessions, employing tailored modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care approaches.

• Monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Providing teletherapy sessions through our secure online platform, ensuring high-quality care for clients who may have accessibility challenges.

• Maintaining meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, upholding ethical standards and compliance with state regulations.

• Engaging in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, conferences, or collaborative training sessions to enhance your therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates should possess:

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
