Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to ascertain clients' mental health needs and history, developing tailored treatment plans that address individual aspirations and challenges.

• Provide effective individual therapy sessions through a variety of evidence-based modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to promote healing and emotional well-being.

• Establish specific therapeutic goals with clients and consistently monitor their progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to clients, ensuring accessibility for those who may face challenges in attending in-person sessions.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and case notes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, including attending workshops, training sessions, and webinars to stay abreast of best practices and advancements in the mental health field.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
