Key Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a School Social Worker (SW)
• Experience working in a school setting, addressing behavioral, emotional, or social issues

• Commitment to maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical standards
• Must meet requirements for SW Renewal only

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling services to students to promote well-being and academic success
• Develop and implement intervention strategies to support students facing social, emotional, or behavioral barriers
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to design and monitor plans that foster positive student outcomes
• Participate in meetings and provide expert input on student assessments and Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation of services and interventions in accordance with school and state policies
