Key Responsibilities\n

• Create individualized treatment plans for clients based on thorough assessments and evaluations, ensuring that therapeutic strategies effectively address their unique needs.

• Conduct initial assessments to identify client concerns, emotional states, and any potential psychological barriers to achieving therapeutic goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists—to coordinate care and provide a holistic, client-centered approach to therapy.

• Document all client interactions thoroughly and accurately, adhering to ethical standards and confidentiality requirements.

• Maintain continuous professional development through workshops and training, aspiring to integrate the latest research findings into practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied patient demographic, including adults facing stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Must possess an active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, showcasing a proven ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 80,000 and 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a solid salary, you will have access to unlimited client referrals, allowing you to focus entirely on your clients without the burden of administrative tasks like billing and paperwork.
