Data Entry Specialist

Candidates must be able to pass Data entry test, 7-year background check and drug screening to be considered for this position.
Pay: $18.00 per hour.

Schedule: Monday through Friday,
10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Temp-to-hire. 
Location: Cleveland, OH.

The Data Entry Specialist will support critical business operations by entering, validating, indexing, and reconciling data tied to documents and check processing. - Enter high-volume data accurately and efficiently into computer systems.
- Validate, index, and process documents according to established procedures.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of information.
- Support check processing, reconciliation, and related administrative tasks.
- Maintain strong attention to detail while meeting productivity and accuracy expectations.
- Use computer systems and data entry tools to support daily workflow.

- Perform high-volume data entry, document validation, and indexing.
- Complete quality control review for accuracy and completeness.
- Support check processing and reconciliation activities.
- Maintain productivity standards in a detail-focused administrative environment.

- 2+ years of data entry experience required.
- 10,000+ keystrokes with strong typing accuracy required.
- 10-key experience required.
- Strong computer skills required.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.
- Must provide a typing test with resume submission.

Preferred Qualifications

- 45+ WPM typing speed preferred.
- Medical experience is a plus.
- Prior experience in document processing, order processing, payment processing, or administrative operations is helpful.
