People Business Partner

Supporting the Product-Led Growth Go-To-Market organization, the full-time remote People Business Partner will provide guidance on performance management, employee relations, and AI transformation while partnering with managers to enhance employee experience and organizational growth. Key responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to managers, offering guidance on performance, team dynamics, and people decisions Manage employee relations by addressing concerns with professionalism and empathy, and coaching managers through leadership challenges Drive operational excellence by tracking employee cases, identifying process improvements, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in a People Business Partner, HRBP, or similar role Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments preferred Strong understanding of employee relations and performance management Genuine enthusiasm for AI, with hands-on experience using AI tools Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
