What You’ll Actually Do Perform: Execute core accounting functions with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work. Operate: Independently manage and take ownership of assigned accounting responsibilities. Engage: Participate actively in a rapid growth rotational program designed to expand accounting expertise. Contribute: Step up and assist with various accounting demands as business needs require. Support: Function as an internal accounting operator, providing essential financial support directly to the business. The Must-Haves Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from a competitive school, Entry‑Level career experience. Experience: Up to 1 year of accounting experience, including Big 4, Top 10 CPA, or other competitive internship programs. Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality accounting work. Ability to operate independently and take full ownership of tasks.
