Production Control SpecialistThe Production Control Specialist plays a central role in coordinating production schedules, managing inventory flow, and driving cross-functional communication to ensure manufacturing goals are met. This position requires strong analytical skills, hands-on ERP/MRP experience, and the ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks in real time. Success in this role hinges on proactive planning, clear communication, and a sharp eye for process improvement.In addition to owning the planning function, the Production Control Specialist provides guidance and oversight to Production Schedulers ensuring execution aligns with upcoming work orders, material availability, and departmental goals. This role demands full ownership of the assigned department, with real-time awareness of schedule status, shortages, deviations, and execution risks.
