Top Skills For Consideration Certified Scrum Master credentials Over 5 years of consistent engagement in Scrum environments Deep Agile methodology tenure Certified Scrum Master credentials Financial Services/Banking Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills Strong Jira, Confluence, Rally and other like-tools Responsibilities Overview Assign epics and ensure that all the required elements are appropriately understood, documented, owned, and actioned by the team Manage timelines and communicates delivery status Attend scrum of scrums, program iteration planning, and inspects and adapts Lead agile teams to facilitate sprint events (stand up, planning, demo, and retrospective) Coach team in Agile best practices and cross-functionality Collaborate with Product owner and Dev team to prioritize and define stories using JIRA Coordinate work between onshore based in US and offshore teams Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
