I opened my agency in 2014 and currently lead a team of two. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked at State Farm Corporate. I'm also a second-generation State Farm agent (my dad and brother are both agents), so serving customers has always been part of my life. Giving back is important to our agency. Each year, we support a local family or charity during the holiday season as a way to make a positive impact in our community. As Auto & Fire Sales Specialist for Katie Martin State Farm, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you improve your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Have a sales goal that is met weekly
- Have daily activities that are completed on a timely manner
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
