WE ARE LOOKING FOR A HOLIDAY SALES ASSOCIATE TO WORK AT OUR POP- UP LOCATION IN BOSTON'S SEAPORT AT THE SNOWPORT HOLIDAY MARKET!
Dates: NOVEMBER 6TH - DECEMBER 27TH
Hours of Operation:
- OPEN DAILY (EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS)
- MON - THUR: 3PM - 8PM (extended holiday hours*12/7 - 12/27 OPEN 11AM-8PM*)
- FRI: 11AM - 9PM
- SAT: 10AM - 9PM
- SUN: 10AM - 8PM
Extended Holiday Hours:
- MON - THUR: 11AM - 8PM
- FRI: 11AM - 9PM
- SAT: 10AM - 9PM
- SUN: 10AM - 8PM
(HOURS MAY BE SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING HOLIDAYS)

Role Overview
We are seeking seasonal team members to represent Melsy’s Illustrations at our SNOWPORT, Boston pop-up shop. You will be the face of the brand—helping customers find the perfect holiday gift, keeping the booth organized and stocked, and ensuring a joyful shopping experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers warmly, share our brand story, and assist with purchases.
- Operate POS system (Square) for sales transactions.
- Restock and merchandise products (prints, mugs, coasters, stationery, etc.) to keep the booth visually appealing.
- Handle customer inquiries about customization options (hair color, skin tone, etc.).
- Maintain booth cleanliness and organization throughout the day.
- Support with opening/closing procedures and light inventory management.
- Assist with gift wrapping, packaging, and holiday rush demands.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Comfortable standing for long periods and assisting with light lifting (boxes up to ~25 lbs).
- Prior retail, event, or pop-up shop experience is a plus.
- Passion for art, fashion, or design is a bonus!

- Hours: Flexible shifts, weekdays + weekends required (peak holiday weeks especially).
