As a Security Officer – Tactical, physical ability is essential as you will be moving around your entire shift, patrolling environments such as retail stores, airports, detention centers, etc.

The Luxury Brand Liaison Officer is a strategic asset for luxury tenants, ensuring alignment between brand expectations, property operations, and security initiatives. This role provides a single, trusted point of coordination to proactively address risk, support loss prevention strategies, and maintain the elevated standards required by luxury retailers. The liaison reports directly to the Security Manager regarding any concerns or needs, ensuring timely communication and resolution. By fostering strong partnerships with store leadership and internal stakeholders, the liaison helps protect brand integrity, enhance operational continuity, and reinforce client’s commitment to delivering a secure, premium retail environment.

• Set schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week
  • Thursday - Monday, 10:00am - 6:30pm

Responsibilities of Security Luxury Brand Liaison Officer

• Conduct daily luxury tenant visits
• Perform additional tenant engagement as needed
• Patrol the luxury wing
• Monitor safety, security and service concerns
• Serve as a liaison between luxury tenants, client and security team
• Patrol sensitive areas to spot any suspicious activity
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas
• React quickly to threats or incidents
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras
• Document incidents and actions taken
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications of Security Luxury Brand Liaison Officer

• You have a state security license and additional 32hr. BSIS security trainings (Additional security trainings can be obtained during the hiring process)
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Must have one year of security experience
• Must be 21 years old
• Must have active driver's license

• First aid certification is an asset
• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
