Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have at least 8 years' experience in enterprise SaaS or health tech sales, with a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles. A Bachelor's degree is required, along with a history of consistently exceeding revenue targets and experience in clinical data exchange, risk adjustment, quality reporting, or prior authorization workflows. The ideal candidate will have a background in scaling early-to-growth stage companies, be familiar with complex, regulated healthcare environments, and possess strategic thinking with a strong execution focus. Strong leadership, team-building skills, excellent communication, and executive presence are essential, as is the ability to navigate long, complex enterprise sales cycles. The role also requires the flexibility to travel as needed to support business goals.
