What You'll Do
- Prepare and organize surgical instrument trays and case carts for procedures
- Notify supervisors upon arrival and adhere to dress code (scrubs, hairnets, shoe covers)
- Manage and verify instrument and material locations throughout shifts
- Scan trays and instruments for tracking to ensure safety and compliance
- Assist with locating missing instruments or materials and re-stocking supplies as needed
- Ensure carts are ordered and ready prior to surgery start times
- Follow all safety and facility protocols during instrument processing
What You Need
Required:- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Badge access to required areas (or ability to obtain a temporary badge)
- Experience with instrument picking and case cart management
- Knowledge of sterile processing protocols
