Pharma-Bio Serv , a global consulting firm headquartered in Puerto Rico, has been dedicated exclusively to providing services to the largest biotechnology & bio-engineering companies within the regulated industry for over 30 years. Since our inception, our services have resulted in project experience level and personnel resource base ranking among the highest worldwide.

Currently, we are looking for a Project Scheduler for the Pharmaceutical sector in Barceloneta, Puerto Rico.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field preferred.
At least 3-5 years of experience creating and maintaining project schedules using Smartsheet and/or Microsoft Project.
Experience monitoring and tracking the progress of capital projects, including schedule performance and milestone management.
Knowledge of resource management principles, including resource planning, allocation, and availability tracking.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in a GMP environment (Pharmaceutical industry preferred).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities in Spanish & English, required.
