This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while delivering critical outpatient services. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to meet clients' unique needs.

• Implement individualized treatment plans while continuously evaluating patient progress and making necessary adjustments.

• Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes that accurately reflect client developments and adherence to treatment goals.

• Provide orientation and support to new clients and their families, helping them to navigate therapy processes.
\n
• Assist clients during times of crisis, including developing safety plans and utilizing appropriate interventions.

• Advocate for additional services when necessary, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.

• Actively participate in clinical meetings and case discussions to contribute to overall team effectiveness.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and stay abreast of the latest mental health practices to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, families, and children from varied backgrounds. Our therapists provide services tailored to the unique circumstances of each client, addressing a broad spectrum of mental health challenges including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your ability to deliver culturally sensitive and personalized care will be critical in achieving positive client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating your competence in providing therapeutic services.

• Experience working with diverse populations including adults, children, and families in a variety of settings.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
