Role Description This full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role is based in Scottsdale, AZ. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers and sellers in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, listing presentations, and market evaluations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and guiding them through each step of the buying, selling, or leasing process. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and other parties, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation. The Real Estate Agent will also leverage CENTURY 21® tools and resources for marketing properties, analyzing local market trends, and meeting sales goals while providing consistent, high-quality customer service. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong foundation in Real Estate principles. Candidates should possess skills in Sales, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions. Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships. Candidates should possess knowledge of Real Property concepts and local Scottsdale, AZ market trends. Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. Candidates should possess basic proficiency with real estate technology platforms, CRM tools, and online listing services. Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and listings.
