## Overview

This urology program operates under a hybrid care model combining telemedicine, APP-led clinics, and scheduled on-site procedural care across a regional network of hospitals. The physician is based in Nashville and provides remote clinical oversight while traveling periodically to partner sites for surgical and complex patient care.

Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) manage day-to-day outpatient clinic operations at each site. The urologist supports them by reviewing referrals, imaging, and lab results, conducting telehealth visits, and providing real-time clinical guidance. The physician also assists emergency departments with acute urologic issues and determines appropriate care pathways, including outpatient management, procedures, or transfer when necessary.
