Receptionist

Receptionist Craig Bagley - State Farm Agency, located in Weatherford, TX has an immediate opening for a Receptionist - Team Member. No insurance experience is required as we will train the right person with the right attitude. Responsibilities include but not limited to: Provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency Manage incoming calls Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents You will receive: Starting hourly pay $17 - $21 depending on experience Paid time off (personal/sick days and vacation) Full time benefits Valuable experience Growth potential/Opportunity for advancement within my office Ideal Candidate: Must be able to commute to local office in Weatherford, TX Prior professional office experience preferred Comfortable with technology Experience with Word and Excel is a plus!
