Seeking a long-term career, not just a job. Responsibilities Schedule and confirm patient appointments. Verify insurance benefits and eligibility. Collect payments for services rendered. Maintain productive doctor and hygiene schedules. Greet and check patients in and out. Present treatment plans and financial arrangements. Manage accounts receivable, billing, and collections. Communicate effectively with patients and the clinical team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum two years of front office experience (dental preferred). Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with dental software (Open Dental is a plus).Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
