We are seeking dedicated and skilled Machine Operators to join our team across the 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our production process, working with state-of-the-art machinery to produce high-quality products that meet customer specifications. You will receive extensive training to ensure you are fully prepared to excel in your role.

Responsibilities

• Train on policies, protocols, and procedures required to perform all assigned duties safely and effectively.
• Perform a wide variety of packaging operations, including primary and secondary packaging, material handling, and cleaning/sanitization activities.
• Conduct in-process sampling, inspection, and testing as directed to verify product quality and compliance.
• Execute assigned responsibilities according to documented procedures such as Quality Procedures, Manufacturing Procedures, Batch Records, protocols, planned deviations, and training lessons.
• Seek guidance from Technical Operators and/or Supervisors when encountering uncertainties, unusual conditions, or unexpected occurrences during production.
• Follow work orders, numbers, and written instructions to ensure correct setup, operation, and completion of production runs.
• Use basic measuring tools, such as tape measures, to verify dimensions and specifications during production.

Essential Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn machine operation and material handling tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, follow numbers, and understand basic written instructions.
• Basic production and machine operation skills, including operating equipment safely and consistently.
• Ability to use measuring tools such as tape measures to verify dimensions and specifications.
• Comfort with completing detailed process-related paperwork and operational documentation accurately.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of York, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.50 - $24.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
