Housekeeping Associate Hotel Max, Seattle, a 163-room property in downtown Seattle under the Pyramid Global Hospitality family, is hiring Housekeeping Associates. The role focuses on maintaining guest room cleanliness and hospitality through attention to detail and teamwork. Responsibilities Engage with guests to ensure their stay is going well Work as a team to accomplish the goal of resort/hotel cleanliness Keep work cart orderly and properly stocked Utilize equipment, supplies, and guest amenities properly Perform thorough cleanliness and sanitation of assigned guest areas Daily change and inspection of linens and towels following the Green Program standards Practice and follow safety standards, reporting hazards promptly Respect guests’ property; exercise responsible care of equipment Report to work on time, maintain accurate time records, and follow scheduling standards Remain alert, courteous, and helpful to guests and co‑workers Perform other related duties as requested by the Floor Supervisor Qualifications Housekeeping experience desirable Neat, pleasant personality Time management skills Ability to work on feet for an extended period Ability to communicate effectively Ability to read room numbers, dates, and basic instructions Physical ability to lift, carry, and position loads of at least 25 lbs and move equipment weighing up to 100 lbs in tight spaces Ability to operate equipment including spray bottles, vacuums, mops, brooms, dust pans, scrub pads, and dusters Benefits For Full‑Time Non‑Union Associates: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance; 401(k) Plan; PTO (14 days for first 3 years); 7 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays; Employee Room Rate Discounts For Part‑Time Associates: 401(k) Plan; Sick Time (accrue 1 hour for every 30 hours worked); Employee Room Rate Discounts Compensation $22.70 per hour.
