Most Important Job Functions

• HVAC diagnostics and repairs
• Assist with completion of work orders
• Grounds pick up
• Maintaining the curb appeal of the property
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas and office
• Apartment trash outs
• Be available to abate emergencies on a 24x7 basis when scheduled for 'on-call'

Requirements

• EPA Certified
• Proficient in HVAC diagnostics and repairs
• Self-motivated and a strong work ethic
• Outstanding customer service skills
