Asset Finance Associate

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Asset Finance practice of a prestigious U.S. law firm in Los Angeles. Working as part of a highly regarded finance team, you'll advise leading financial institutions, private equity sponsors, borrowers and other market participants on sophisticated asset-backed financing transactions. The role offers exposure to complex domestic and cross-border matters, with the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners on high-value transactions for major clients. Requirements Class of 2023 or equivalent level of experience. Experience advising on asset finance, structured finance, secured lending or other related financing transactions. Strong transactional experience with excellent drafting, analytical and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple workstreams and contribute effectively to complex, fast-moving transactions. Strong communication skills and a commercial approach to client service. Ability to work effectively within collaborative, high-performing and cross-border teams. #J-18808-Ljbffr Sonder Consultants
