Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Allegiance Behavioral Health LLC, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough initial assessments and ongoing evaluations during individual, couples, and family therapy sessions to discern client needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Utilizing a diverse range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Narrative Therapy, to guide clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their therapeutic goals.

• Providing a safe and inclusive environment where clients can openly discuss and navigate their thoughts and feelings related to personal and relational issues.

• Collaborating closely with other healthcare providers, family members, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to client care, facilitating any necessary care coordination.

• Maintaining accurate, confidential, and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.

Qualifications\n
