POSITION SUMMARY:  

The Warehouse Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, high productivity, and compliance with safety and organizational standards. This role is responsible for managing warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely receipt and dispatch of goods.

Bilingual in Spanish is a Plus

Requirements:

  DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse associates including receiving, storage, order fulfilment, and shipping.

2. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations and company policies.

3. Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and reconciliations.

4. Schedule and oversee maintenance of warehouse equipment and facility cleanliness.

5. Train, coach, and evaluate team performance; support employee development and enforce disciplinary procedures as necessary.

6. Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.

7. Prepare reports on productivity, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.

8. Implement process improvements to optimize warehouse performance.

9. Coordinate with logistics companies and carriers for pick-ups and deliveries.

10. Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

11. Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks safely and efficiently.

12. Comply with company policies and legal regulations regarding warehouse operations.

13. Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks.

14. Perform other related duties as needed.

EDUCATION / TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE: 

1. High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.

2. 3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

3. Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

4. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

6. Forklift certification (preferred or required depending on site).

7. Highly desirable: previous warehouse experience, OSHA certifications
