Recruiting Specialist

Seeking a motivated Recruiting Specialist to engage job seekers, support hiring efforts, and help build strong relationships with local employers. This role combines recruiting, customer service, sales support, and social media coordination in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruiting & Candidate Engagement

• Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
• Schedule in‑person and phone interviews to assess qualifications.
• Build positive relationships with job seekers and guide them through the hiring process.
• Attend job fairs, hiring events, and community outreach activities.
• Maintain a welcoming environment for walk‑in applicants.

Sales & Business Support

• Promote the value of the company to job seekers, employers, and community partners.
• Represent the organization professionally when discussing workforce needs.
• Identify potential leads and support client relationship growth.
• Collaborate with the sales team to help meet office goals.

Social Media & Job Postings

• Create engaging social media content to promote open positions.
• Manage and update job postings across multiple platforms.
• Respond to online inquiries and encourage candidate engagement.
• Track content performance and recommend improvements.

Administrative & Technical Support

• Assist applicants with basic computer tasks and online applications.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and update tracking systems.
• Support general office operations and administrative tasks.
• Ensure job postings are accurate and aligned with client needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, or customer‑facing sales preferred.
• Strong social media and online communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and promote services.
• Comfortable assisting others with basic computer tasks.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
• Pay is based on experience.
