What You'll Do:

• Drive new business production in auto, home, life, and health insurance
• Run a proven sales process with high conversion expectations
• Hit aggressive goals and crush them-consistently
• Build a pipeline and close deals daily
• Deliver professional, confident, and high-energy client interactions

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who's not afraid of the word "sales"
• Hungry, competitive, and coachable attitude
• Experience closing deals (insurance preferred but not required-we train talent)
• Strong communication skills and relentless follow-up

Compensation: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
