• Quote, present, and close Auto, Home, and Specialty insurance policies
• Build relationships with new and existing clients
• Cross-sell and round out accounts
• Follow up consistently and maintain a strong pipeline
• Deliver a consultative, professional sales experience
• Track activity, production, and goals

• Active Texas Property & Casualty License
• Previous insurance sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
