To drive business growth and enhance brand awareness, the full-time Wisconsin Licensed VP, Market Leader will leverage client relationships within the greater Milwaukee area, focusing on the broker/dealer community while applying expert knowledge of financial services and Franklin Templeton's offerings. Key responsibilities Increases assets under management by attracting new clients and retaining existing ones through tailored investment solutions Anticipates client needs and adapts territory business plans based on market conditions to achieve sales goals Maximizes internal and external networks to deepen client relationships and provide expert investment advice Required qualifications 8 to 12 years of related sales experience Series 7 and 63 licenses required; CIMA and/or CFA preferred Extensive knowledge of investment strategies and macroeconomic principles Experience with investment vehicles such as SMAs, ETFs, and Alternatives Familiarity with platforms like RPM and UMA
