Lead Structural Engineer

We are seeking a licensed Civil Engineer (PE) to lead bridge and structural projects , providing both technical design and project management oversight. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with hands-on bridge/structures experience who enjoys managing projects, mentoring team members, and interacting with clients. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage bridge and structural projects from design through construction Prepare project specifications, permit applications, and cost estimates Assist with quality reviews and manage project budgets and schedules Coordinate with clients and respond to project needs Support proposal and presentation preparation Mentor and assess technical skills of junior engineers Qualifications BS in Civil Engineering (MS preferred) PE 10+ years of bridge and structural design experience Familiarity with DOT standards and consulting environment preferred Experience with bridges, retaining walls, levees, culverts, pump stations, and other civil/structural projects Technical software knowledge: RISA, AASHTOWare, AutoCAD, MicroStation, MS Office #J-18808-Ljbffr
