The Stanley Law Group seeks to hire a ROCK STAR Paralegal/Case Manager for a busy personal injury department in a Civil Trial law firm. The ideal candidate has a positive can-do attitude, is highly motivated and is looking for a long term career.

A minimum of two (2) years of experience working in the legal field is required. A solid work history with multiple years at each position is required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Paralegal Certificate preferred.

Must be highly organized, hardworking, a self-starter and capable of working independently as well as with a team.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Updating and communicating with clients, when appropriate, on status of cases;
• Maintaining and managing case files for both pre-suit and litigation cases;
• Gathering case evidence and documentation by preparing files, inputting information in medical records, statement of charges, client and witness statements;
• Preparation of legal documents and correspondence;
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, telephone conferences, depositions and mediations;
• Other administrative duties and assignments as instructed by the managing Attorney.

Job Type: Full-time, in-office position. This position is not for remote work.

Pay: $53,000-$56,000 per year based on experience
