Litigation Paralegal

What You’ll Do :
- Drafting complex pleadings, motions, and subpoenas while maintaining organized case files.
- Drafting and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests to admit.
- Orchestrating exhibits, witness coordination, and trial notebooks to ensure seamless courtroom performance.
- Acting as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and carriers to keep litigation moving forward
What You Bring
- 2+ years of litigation experience as a paralegal
- Comfortable with state and federal e-filing.
- Familiarity with case management software (Clio, Time Matters, etc.) is a plus.
- A strong understanding of how to bill hours and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Exceptional writing and proofreading skills
