Real Estate Transactions Manager

The company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Real Estate Transactions Manager/ Paralegal to support a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors to coordinate acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and ongoing property operations, ensuring transactions are executed efficiently and key deadlines are met. Role Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, the Real Estate Transactions Manager / Paralegal will provide broad legal, contracts, and transaction management support across the organization\'s real estate investment platform. Acting in a supporting, paralegal capacity, the role will coordinate commercial real estate transactions, manage legal documentation and critical deadlines, maintain corporate records, and serve as a key liaison between internal teams and external advisors, helping ensure the efficient execution of acquisitions, dispositions, financings, and other business initiatives. Responsibilities: Coordinate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions from contract execution through closing and post-closing. Maintain transaction trackers and critical date schedules. Monitor contractual deadlines and ensure timely completion of required actions. Coordinate the preparation, execution, collection, and delivery of transaction and closing documentation. Support loan closings by coordinating lender diligence, title and survey materials, insurance documentation, environmental reports, and funding requirements. Track outstanding closing and post-closing items and follow up with relevant parties. Corporate and Entity Administration Assist with corporate governance and entity administration activities. Maintain current and organized entity records. Coordinate preparation and collection of documents required for transactions and operational matters. Tax and Compliance Support Coordinate property tax notices and related documentation. Review tax-related funding requests and supporting information for accuracy. Liaise with consultants, accounting teams, and third-party providers as needed. Candidate Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 3 years\' experience supporting commercial real estate transactions in a legal, lending, title, investment, development, or corporate environment. Strong understanding of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, title, survey, and closing processes. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to manage multiple transactions and competing priorities simultaneously. Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
