divh22-20 General Lines Agent/h2pAA Insurance Services is expanding and we are seeking an experienced, highly motivated 2-20 General Lines Agent to help build and lead our growing insurance division in West Palm Beach. We are not a traditional agency. As part of A Associates, one of the largest staffing firms in the region, we have a powerful community footprint, thousands of touchpoints with local businesses and families, and a built-in pipeline ready to be developed. We need a strategic, entrepreneurial agent who can leverage these resources and help shape our insurance division from the ground up./ph3Job Responsibilities/h3ulliHelp build and scale the insurance division with support from executive leadership/liliLead, mentor, and assist in managing a small team as the division grows/liliPartner with carriers; obtain new appointments and maintain underwriting relationships/liliDevelop internal processes, sales workflows, and service standards/li/ulh3Production Client Management/h3ulliGrow and manage a personal and team-generated book of business/liliIdentify cross-sell opportunities from our staffing and community relationships/liliDeliver exceptional service, advice, and customer experience/liliParticipate in community outreach, networking events, and partner meetings/li/ulh3Operational Strategic Support/h3ulliAssist in establishing agency KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting/liliImprove and maintain systems related to quoting, submissions, renewals, and compliance/liliProvide leadership in both personal and commercial lines/li/ulh3Requirements/h3ulliActive 2-20 Florida General Lines License (required)/lili3+ years of PC experience, ideally with leadership or office management responsibilities/liliProven experience securing carrier appointments or maintaining underwriting relationships/liliStrong understanding of insurance operations and client lifecycle management/liliSelf-motivated, organized, and comfortable operating with autonomy/liliA relationship-builder who excels in community settings/liliEntrepreneurial mindset and desire to help build a division/li/ulpCompensation: Base salary (Based on experience) + commission with uncapped earning potential/p/div
