Regional Sales Manager - Ozark

Responsibilities Lead the regional sales team and be accountable for delivering results and accelerating sales performance. Identify, recruit, and retain top talent for the sales team. Coach and develop team in selling skills, business and territory acumen, planning and analysis, and account management skills, instilling a culture of continuous improvement. Hold self and team members accountable for performance and behaviors. Gather, analyze, and evaluate market, competitive, and performance data to inform business planning, strategy, and tactics, and coach the team to apply this at the territory level. Build, maintain, and utilize in‑depth knowledge of regional business challenges and opportunities. Demonstrate optimism and composure in stressful situations and help team members overcome obstacles. Drive team engagement and commitment by reinforcing a patient focus. Translate the organization’s commercial strategy into clear tactics and goals for the team. Collaborate with cross‑functional partners and stakeholders and hold the team accountable for doing the same. Uphold the highest standards of ethics, integrity, and Teva values with the team. Lead the team with empathy, care, and trust, modeling genuine self and vulnerability. Provide direct, timely, honest, and actionable feedback in a respectful manner. Foster an environment of transparency, inclusivity, and psychological safety. Resolve conflict fairly and equitably through respectful dialogue. Recognize and celebrate successes at all levels to engage and motivate the team. Encourage a hunter mentality and competitive drive to exceed goals and targets. Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience or equivalent headquarters experience required. Two years of front-line pharmaceutical sales management experience strongly preferred. Track record of achieving goals and coaching effective teams required. Skills & Knowledge Ability to interact with customers in live and virtual environments and proficiency with technology. Understanding of reimbursement coverage and pull-through strategies, and experience in specialty pharmacy, private practice, and CMHC settings. Proven written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of reimbursement, managed care, or marketing preferred. New product launch experience preferred. Broad therapeutic area experience preferred. Valid U.S. driver’s license and acceptable driving record required. Travel Requirements Regular travel, including air travel and weekend or overnight trips. Physical Requirements Operate a motor vehicle to complete in-person sales activities throughout assigned territory. Sit for extended periods at a workstation or mobile equipment. Perform computer work, data analysis, and extensive reading. Working Environment May be required to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) during site visits (e.g., safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves).
