Position Overview: As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our patients’ experiences are seamless and positive. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and professionally
- Answering phone inquiries and scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out efficiently
- Collecting payments and assisting with insurance claims
- Other tasks as assigned
