Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients with major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders, meeting them where they are in both office and community settings.

• Attend to all necessary documentation and reporting requirements, contributing to effective case management and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participate in on-call coverage as needed, responding promptly to emergent situations or clients in crisis.

• Engage actively in quality improvement committees, bringing insights from direct client care experiences to enhance the agency's overall service offerings.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers an annual salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to a rich benefits package.
