Good manual dexterity and experience with hand tools • Strong mechanical aptitude and Basic understanding of electrical laws • Basic understanding of refrigeration cycle • Good communication skills, customer first attitude, share information and coach others. • Good with computers and the Windows operating environment • 2-year technical degree or relevant experience (EOL test) a plus but not required • Work area improvements/personal development opportunities when not supporting floor • Must be willing to work all shifts and flex to satisfy customer demand.
