What You'll Do Identify and reach out to prospective clients through various channels. Build strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client needs and recommend suitable HR solutions. Prepare proposals, presentations, and service agreements. Follow up on leads and maintain an organized sales pipeline. Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process. Stay informed about market trends and identify new business opportunities.
