Project Administrator, Data & Performance Job Title: Project Administrator, Data & Performance Department: Housing & Community Development FLSA Status: Exempt Grade: 99 Position Summary: The Project Administrator for Data & Performance will lead data collection and analysis efforts for homeless service providers within the Bucks County Housing Link and the County’s Continuum of Care. The role ensures the effectiveness of community support for people in need. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Manage the Data System (HMIS) Oversee daily operations of the HMIS database, set up workflows, and ensure data quality and accuracy. Collaborate with the HMIS software vendor and PA DCED on updates and customizations. Support Service Providers Train local partners on system use. Provide technical assistance to end users. Develop manuals, policies, and training materials. Report on Progress Create data dashboards and reports for leadership, state, and federal agencies such as HUD. Complete annual HUD reports including Point in Time Count, Housing Inventory Count, System Performance Measures, and Longitudinal System Analysis. Assist in data compilation for other funding sources. Evaluate Performance Develop standards and tools to measure program success across funded initiatives. Conduct annual monitoring of HMIS agencies and programs. Serve as Chair of Outcomes Committee and develop strategies to improve outcomes. Support county teams and community committees, including monthly CoC Case Conferencing. Help update departmental websites and social media. Assist in developing funding proposals and applications, such as the annual CoC application. Track expenditures and performance metrics for homeless service contracts. Other tasks as assigned. Qualifications Required: Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Social Services, Statistics, or equivalent experience. Preferred: Master’s degree and/or experience with an HMIS system or designing data performance tracking systems. A Plus: Ability to create visual data reports using Tableau or Power BI; experience with Salesforce helpful. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook; typing speed 45+ words per minute. #J-18808-Ljbffr
