Your team trusts you — and you trust them. What You Bring to the Team 5–10+ years of leadership experience where you’ve led teams and delivered results. Experience managing a store or large department – retail preferred but not required. Promotion from assistant or co‑manager roles is a big plus. Comfort leading in fast‑paced, high‑volume, or high‑complexity store environments. Success Is Measured By Sales and labor results. TruRating feedback and customer satisfaction. A supportive culture that values work‑life balance while driving high performance. Compensation Salary: $52,500.00 – $66,300.00 Minimum Qualifications High School Graduate or equivalent. Minimum 3 years of management experience preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi‑task. Creative thinking. Ability to maintain composure under pressure. Essential Job Functions Frequently operate computer and printer, and occasionally operate cash register. Occasionally ascend/descend ladders to retrieve and put away stock. Frequently position self to kneel, bend, twist, and stoop, including in stock room and on sales floor. Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures. Frequently communicate and exchange information with customers on phone and face‑to‑face, and with managers and coworkers. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations. Frequently move across sales floor directing associates and assisting customers, and to/from the stockroom retrieving and putting away merchandise. Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25lbs and place/move merchandise up to a height of 5‑10 feet. Ability to operate equipment such as ladders, pallet jacks, and handheld devices. Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time.
