What You'll Do

Identify growth opportunities and implement operational improvements

What We're Looking For

Proven restaurant management experience in high-volume casual dining
Demonstrated track record of improving profitability and guest satisfaction
Strong leadership and team-building skills with genuine care for staff development
Deep knowledge of food safety, inventory control, and restaurant operations
Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
