A full-service, scratch-kitchen restaurant opening in Fayetteville is hiring an Assistant General Manager to help build the team and the culture from day one. Openings are where future GMs are made - and this brand promotes from within.

What You'll Do

Partner with the GM on hiring, training, and opening execution
Lead front-of-house shifts with energy and precision
Build service standards and hold them from day one
Manage labor, cash handling, and daily operations
Create the kind of culture new teams rally around

What We're Looking For

3+ years of restaurant management in a high-volume, full-service concept
Opening or multi-unit exposure is a plus
A builder's mentality - systems, training, follow-through
Strong communication across FOH and BOH
Ambition to grow into a General Manager role
