Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters to make learning fun. Build relationships with families and colleagues to create a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Communicate regularly with parents through mobile apps and personal discussions to share their children’s progress. Qualifications Passion for the education and care of children. One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required). Lead teacher certification or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or high school diploma/GED (required). Eligible for applicable state licensing requirements.
