Overview Full-Time and Part-Time Therapists are being recruited to join LifeStance Health. Providers may work a hybrid schedule that includes telehealth from a home office. Locations include Arlington, Auburn, Boston, Brookline, Cambridge, Canton, Chelmsford, Concord, Danvers, Easton, Framingham, Groton, Hopkinton, Lexington, Lynnfield, Mansfield, Medford, Medfield, Milford, Newton, Needham, North Andover, Northborough, Norwell, Norwood, Plymouth, Quincy, Raynham, Stoneham, Waltham, Wellesley, Weymouth, Woburn. Responsibilities Provide outpatient therapy services to clients in person and via telehealth. Deliver care in a hybrid schedule as appropriate. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Engage in regular case consultations and supervision as applicable. Utilize the EMR system for documentation and billing support as part of the clinic infrastructure. Qualifications Licensure or eligibility to practice as a licensed clinician (examples referenced): LCSW/LICSW or MHC/LMHC. Ability to provide services in an outpatient setting, with willingness to participate in hybrid/telehealth delivery where required.
