Premier Disability Services, a division of Internet Brands, is seeking qualified Call Center Representatives to join our high-volume call center team based in Minneapolis, MN. Premier Disability Services, LLC is a full-service social security disability advocacy firm. We assist individuals in successfully obtaining their Social Security Disability benefits. Each month, our office is contacted by thousands of Americans needing assistance with their disability claim to assist over 100,000 individuals in filing their applications successfully. Premier Disability Services is looking for Call Center Representatives to join our growing Minneapolis, MN-based team! This is an entry-level role that will allow you to learn best practices and become familiar with effective communications with lawyer clients. Premier Disability Services, LLC, Center Representatives have the opportunity for long-term advancement - all while changing people's lives for the better.

Compensation: $16/hr (remote) OR $20/hr (onsite in MN) with the opportunity to earn up to $500/month in performance-based bonuses. Hiring States: Onsite in Minnesota OR Remote in Georgia, Iowa, Texas, South Dakota, Kansas Work Location: Minnesota (Brooklyn Park): Onsite only Pay Starts at $20/hr All other listed states: Remote Pay starts at $16/hr Terms: Full-Time, hourly, non-exempt Hours of Operation: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM CST

What you will be doing:

• Providing accurate information for incoming customer/client callers regarding disability claim status.
• Make outbound calls to obtain required information from clients pertaining to their cases/hearings.
• Efficiently access various disability processing systems and related applications to research and resolve inquiries and issues.
• Effectively navigate multiple computer windows to access several systems in a proficient manner.
• Handling all callers with efficiency, courtesy and respect.
• Meet daily metric goals and monthly audits.

Qualifications:

• Two (2) years high-volume call center experience.
• Two (2) years Customer Service/Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to retain information and learn new systems quickly.
• Commitment to strong attendance.
• Strong computer knowledge and excellent typing skills at least 50WPM.
• Be able to deal with high call volume while deescalating scenarios through conflict resolution skills set.
• Must have sharp attention to detail and ability to perform with high degree of accuracy.
• Strong analytical skills to review documents and reach sound decisions.
• Ability to meet multiple performance targets at or above benchmark levels; including, but not limited to accuracy, call quality, timeliness, and productivity.
