Overview of the Talent Acquisition Specialist: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will perform the full recruiting cycle for exempt and non-exempt positions, including job intake, posting, sourcing, resume review, screening, interview scheduling, selection support, presenting offers, and pre-employment activities (background/drug tests). Work with hiring managers to understand position requirements, establish recruiting timelines, clarify interview steps, and maintain momentum throughout each search. Partner with hiring managers, payroll, IT, and other departments to ensure each new employee’s workspace, equipment, access, schedule, and first-day plan are ready before arrival. Perform onboarding duties that include paperwork, benefits orientation, touring the facility, and introduction to other employees. Assist with HR admin work, including reports, fielding employee questions, safety /cultural initiatives, travel arrangements, etc. Overview of the Talent Acquisition Specialist: Two years or more of full-cycle recruiting and onboarding experience.
